This may be a long review, I leave them for all my cars. Went to look at a buick regal tour x here and Im gonna be honest it was a hassle. Brandon was my sales man, great honest guy. Matt was sales manager and John is the finance specialist. My first pull up glance was awesome (up front with my name on it!). I noticed the front bumper wasn't lined up and grill pushed in. We went for a test drive in the car and oh boy was there one heck of a smell (spray paint ish). Thinking that was a cleaning smell i passed it off but did ask what is that. I was met by the most caring and kind sales associate, Quran! He fully listened to all my needs & concerns and did not once try to get me into something I couldn't afford! Like the last reviewer, I purchased a vehicle from Kelly less than one year ago that requires significant, costly repairs. ($15-25k) In June 2025 I purchased a Porsche Macan that had been on their ‘risk free’ lot and underwent a supposed 150 point inspection. After putting 7k miles on the vehicle it has been diagnosed as needing a full engine replacement at a cost of $15-25k. I’m not new to buying cars and understand the risks of buying a used car, specifically a Porsche. However, I’m most disappointed in the dealership, who I have contacted by both phone and email, who has not responded in anyway. I purchased a 2017 Porsche Macan GTS from this dealership after being reassured that buying from their “risk-free” used lot meant peace of mind and confidence in the vehicle’s condition. W

BUYER BEWARE..1st time buyer of a financed vehicle.. Got a vehicle 1 year ago that needed $6,000 in repairs since the day i took it home... Drove it off the lot , had a vibration in the rear within the 1st month ,called about service and was told id need to pay full price of parts and labor plus the deductible by the receptionist, took it to a mechanic and the rear cv axle wasnt even seated properly, had them look it over after the axle not even being in properly they found both control arms needed to be replaced, tie rods, ball joints, rack and pinion , 2 alignments.. new tires.. but they have a strict 150 point plus inspection criteria???
