The receptionist does not have customer service skills and will talk to you like you’re slow not realizing the person she was talking to was autistic so what she said and how rude she was really affected them and they’ve been thinking about it nonstop my suggestion is you go up the street to Putnam Tire, the man is very nice very sweet and does not talk to you like you beneath him like the receptionist at Kelly’s tire. She is rude and has just a horrible Customer service Attitude just because a person is autistic doesn’t mean they’re beneath you. Maybe you should learn how to treat people and talk to them and not ruin An autistic person‘s day I wasn’t going to write the review, but this person has been talking about this nonstop for over a year now it has really bothered them

My new favorite place! Just moved to Putnam and have been looking for an honest place close to home. And...they do more than tires...who knew? Thank you Jodie (with an ie) and the guys.

Kelly’s graciously took my car with a slow leak. The company that sold the tires left me out to dry. Kelly’s found the problem and addressed it. Kelly’s is my tire company now. They were all friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

I purchased two new tires from somewhere else. I called Kelly Tire and tried to see if they would Mount the tires. After a hostile conversation, they offered to mount two tires for $110. They also said I was forced to get new TPS monitors which is not needed. I was also told that the speed rating had to match the existing Tire. I've never heard of such a thing. In fact, the speed rating on the tires I purchased is better than the existing. Also, I paid $55 a tire at Walmart and I am quite sure everything they offer Kelly tires at least double. Good thing I already have an appointment somewhere else. I was just hoping to get something sooner and closer at a reasonable price. That price I got quoted was not reasonable. I cannot recommend this place just to have tires mounted, balanced and
