Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Had a great experience today for the first time visiting Valvoline in Putnam. Joey from the Bronx was extremely helpful, friendly, and informative throughout my visit. The technician was very thorough and friendly as well. The free car wash was great and I will definitely be returning. The management at Valvoline is lucky to have such a welcoming team, as I will be a returning customer for sure! Thank you to Joey (from the Brox) as well as the rest of the team.

The staff was top notch! Everyone is very friendly. This was only my second visit and I wished I went to this place years ago. I appreciate how the staff double checks each others work showing how important quality control is. Looking at my invoice I want to give a shout out to Joe, Jose, & Francis. I own a 2026 Honda Passport and they worked hard to be sure I had the correct amount of oil for the car. They called headquarters and the Honda dealership to get the correct amount of 5.7 liters. Please pass on my thank you's.

I have been to this location a few times for an oil change and it's been a positive experience and the crew members were very professional. My car had acorns and leaves were in the fan for my heat/air, so I was unable to use it. Joey from the Bronx was willing to take a look at it and was able to get some of the stuff out but still needed to get someone to look at it at a shop to get it fully cleaned. Hector also provided insight that it's likely mice and shared how to prevent them from them making nests in the future.

The team there is great! Fast and very kind. Hector in particular was wonderful, I had my infant with me and he was very accommodating and also made sure we didn’t have to walk around the building in the cold. Very nice team and even took the time to fix one of the shields under the car!

Simply amazing service at the Valvoline-Putnam outlet. Great crew went out of the way to get me a new battery installed in my car which has the battery in an unusual place the trunk! The crew are friendly, amiable, very communicative and friendly but very professional. I really would hire the entire crew if I were looking for staff in my firm that's how good they are. I would recommend this outlet wholeheartedly.
