I had a great experience at United Auto Group. I am really loving the car I found there and the condition it’s in for its age is pretty amazing. Walking around their lot while paperwork was being put together you could see that they really do have great quality used cars. We knew that in the future, anytime we would need a car, we would be going back to United Auto Group. The service we received was amazing as well. Rick was great, very personable and informative. Gave me all the information I would need. The whole process was very quick and smooth. And now I have a great car I know will be reliable. Highly recommend, I know where I’m going anytime I need a car from now on.

I've had some very negative car dealership experiences before, but I'm happy to leave a 5-star for United Auto Group. They were very easy to deal with and very straight forward with the purchasing process. They also helped sort out some issues with the RMV after our purchase. Hugo was great! He was a pleasure to work with and was eager to address any concerns or questions I had. I do wish he had more practical knowledge of cars. But I am being very critical (perhaps even unfair). Despite this unfair critique, he was eager to talk to the mechanics and get the questions answered quickly. Price tag was great (in terms of a dealership) and the car was in great shape. I certainly would do business with them again.

This is a great place to purchase a car. My experience was was pleasant, they got me financed easily, the car is very clean, the car is just as the advertisement described it. I am enjoying driving my 2016 Sonata. Thank you Huggo for all your help in making this a smooth transaction.

The staff here are so great! Ive had my car taken care of for the last several years. They are quick and efficient. I’ve needed some help during my son’s chemo treatment and they were great about working out a payment plan to help me out. They made sure I had a safe reliable vehicle when it really mattered! Very friendly and helpful. It’s owned and operated by a great family.
