I went in today because my brakes failed on me while I was driving. Scariest experience of my life! I spoke to Mark who quickly explained everything to me, gave me a great quote and had my car fixed and ready to go in a few hours! I am beyond grateful for him and everyone there who were so kind and helpful to me. I will be going there with any and all future car issues moving forward. A++++++

Was traveling north to see family. My Edge overheated almost on the GWB. I was towed to Kelly's. I got there at noon, not only were they very nice, I was back on the road at 5 pm with a new radiator fan. Can't say enough nice things, being from the South and not close to family with a small dog was terrifying. Thanks to these guys I made it to my family's house by 9 pm. Walter told me to not go over the GWB at 5 pm and he even told me how to get the the Governor Mario Bridge. I hope I never need their help again, but I am very thankful they were able to help!

This has been a family business for many years. The owner Walter is very professional and fantastic. He always fixes my car in a great amount of time.

I blew out a tire in a blizzard & was on the side of the road. After waiting an hour for AAA wrecker a trooper stopped & within minutes Kelly's arrived. Will the driver was professional and you would feel safe immediately. They quickly found & replaced my tire and this on the worst snow day of the year. I can't say enough as they are great guys and good service

They will do the job, but they will also charge an arm and a leg, and when you ask for a quote, they will be extremely cagey about giving you a straight answer about it -- things like "don't worry, we'll cut you a deal" (actual quote). $575 for a tow, two tires, and the labor to mount (and not balance, because they don't do balancing, by their own attestation) said tires. I've purchased the exact same tires for under $100 each in the recent past (and had them within a day, for about $30 total in shipping); they informed me they were discounting my tow to $100, meaning they charged me $245 or so for the labor to mount two tires. They will also attempted to convince me to use their sister company, A1 taxi, for transportation back home. For comparison, I regularly get all four mounted and b
