Recently, my husband and I just had the absolute BEST car-buying experience at Kemna Auto of Fort Dodge. Dylan Drummond helped me find my dream car! I absolutely LOVE my 2026 Traverse! Dylan never pressured us to buy; in fact, he looked everywhere for the perfect car for me and suggested several options. He and Kim Dooley were always making sure we were comfortable with each choice and had so many ideas that we didn’t know existed on how to get the best bang for our buck. Our salesman Dylan was extremely informative on our HUMMER EV purchase. The test drive was well done and there was no pressure to purchase. The negotiation process was straight forward, we were also already prepared to purchase so that could have helped. Everyone in Kemna was extremely nice! The only thing I would change is in finance making sure the purchaser is going through the signing at their own pace. The finance manager kept tapping our signature vs letting us do it.

From the moment we walked in, our experience was absolutely phenomenal. The entire team made us feel welcomed, respected, and genuinely cared for — something that can be rare when buying a vehicle. Dylan, was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, patient, and truly listened to what we were looking for without any pressure. He made the process smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. And tolerated our humor. Ciara was incredible as well — professional, supportive, and clearly someone who leads with integrity. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and her team. And Sarah in finance made what is usually the most stressful part of the process incredibly easy. She explained everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made sure we felt confident and comfortable every step

Kemna was great to deal with. Got me the perfect car and worked within my budget. Ashley in finance was very patient and answered all my questions. Unexpectedly finding the perfect car was not on my agenda for yesterday, but it happened! I was happily greeted by Dylan before beginning my car shopping experience and from there I was sold. Dylan worked with my crazy schedule and answered all my tough questions. I had the best experience and ended up finding the perfect car at Kemna Auto!
