I don’t usually criticize businesses because I believe everyone deserves a second chance, but I gave Kempton Chevrolet another opportunity after another and was greatly disappointed… again. When I picked up my car, it had new damages that wasn’t there before: my taillights were reinstalled incorrectly, both corners near them were scuffed, and there was a paint drip on the tailgate. The insurance had already paid over $2k to have my car accident damages repaired PROPERLY. Not returned with more damages and with terrible work done on it. I reported it the very next day, but they denied touching the taillights, even though the insurance quote listed “rear lights.” They agreed to fix the corner damage, yet the result looked like a rushed patch job, and I was told a paint drip could be fixed i

Took my 2015 Tundra and they fixed it all. The repairs took longer than expected and they made sure we had a rental to get to my so son’s soccer tournaments. 100% accountability. I hope to not to need to come back but this where I will go!!! Thank you Clay, Ginger, and Kempton Body Shop staff!!!

Was an ok experience took my car in for repair. Got it back at a reasonable time, but when I got it back, the cubby thing on my dash is no longer working,it used to pop up and close with ease but now it doesn't. I don't know why they were in my car looking through compartments because there was no damage on the inside of my vehicle, just the outside. other than that everything else looks good
