I got my truck repaired for fuel injectors recently. A week later I started having problems so I took it to another shop to have them look at it. The mechanic told me the thermal housing is melted, has a coolant leak, etc & looks like the fuel injectors weren't even replaced. I've had a problem with these guys before. They didn't order a part for my truck when I've asked but they assured me they did. When i returned 4 days later to check on my truck & they told me I already picked up my vehicle. Mind you it was sitting in their parking lot in plain view. If I could I would give them zero stars. Take your vehicles elsewhere. I cant believe they destroyed my truck.

If I could put 0 Stars I would. this place not only didn’t do their job correct but ruined my engine cover now I have a fuel leak and paying another shop to fix their mistakes and I’m not the only one either. I loved going here never had problems before but they went down hill a lot since. I buy my vehicles here. I regret ever going to this place,giving em our trust and business. they say help local businesses in Greenlee and Graham county! how can we do that when you guys are ruining your customers vehicles? make this right that’s all I ask KIP ,Karl and who ever the technician was that did a messed up job on my truck

I live in Willcox, bought the vehicle there, it was a huge help to be able to drop the vehicle off there and not have to drive to or wait around in Safford. This purchase, overall, has been the best experience of any dealership I've dealt with. Never a moment of buyers remorse.

Took forever to get my new truck in. Left somethings in my back and they couldn't find my phob. After waiting for 15 min. I walked out to my truck and it was unlocked. I went back up that night at 8:30 and it was still not locked. Truck is still shifting hard both as I am accelerating or slowing down. Somewhere around the 2nd to 3rd gear. Love the truck but I am very concerned about the problems with only 2400 miles on it. First problem with check engine light was around 1300 miles.

Kempton took over when the dealership I bought from could not deliver on customer service. Tyler was fabulous getting my vehicle in right away. Kudos to the entire service department team.
