Ken Ganley Kia New Port Richey

I had a great experience at Ken Ganley Kia in New Port Richey, Florida. Our salesperson, Ricardo Pierre, did a fantastic job from start to finish. I definitely asked a lot of questions and gave him a bit of a hard time because I wanted to fully understand exactly how my lease was structured and Ricky Ricardo handled it all with patience, professionalism, and clarity. He was very thorough in explaining every detail, polite throughout the entire process, and worked hard to negotiate terms that made sense for me. In the end, I walked out with the exact car I went in for, feeling confident and informed about my lease. A nice bonus was the inclusion of three oil changes per year, which I really appreciated. When I walked into the Kia dealership, I was very guarded! I had had a horrible experience at a previous dealership and the last thing I wanted was for that to happen again. I had never ever in my life purchased a brand new car. I am 48 years old. With that being said, I had the most amazing and wonderful experience at Ken Ganley Kia! Not only did they make me feel like I was the one making the decisions, but they also were so helpful in every single area. They showed me how to operate my brand new car and were patient with me and got me an amazing finance deal! They literally made my car buying experience. Wonderful! My wife and I have been to car dealerships all over Florida, so when we walked into Ken Ganley Kia we were a little skeptical on being able to buy a new do to us being upside down on my Kia and the shape it was in. But as soon as we got there Coby made us feel very welcome and gave us confidence that he was going to do his best to put us in a car, and he did!! We walked away with a new car!! I would recommend anyone to go to Ken ganley Kia!! And if you do go see COBY he is absolutely amazing and will do everything he can to put you into a new car!!!

What a great dealership! I was a car salesman for 20 years and I always wanted to know how it was being a customer and going through the process & experience of buying a car. I’m glad it was with Ken Ganley cause they made the whole process easy & smooth. No games (well maybe a little cant blame for trying I would’ve) but really straight to the point no BS and both sides come to an agreement where both sides are satisfied & happy.
