Great service today! Have known head service manager for decades now. When we first moved back from TN I had car where he use to be in North Canton. With him not there, it was not the same place at all. Had very bad experience. Now back working w Mr. Malloy at Ganley I experienced the same top tier service I am use to. Looking forward to getting to know the Ganley family.

Always great service. The techs are awesome, service writers are friendly and well informed and the waiting area is always comfortable.

I showed up ready to buy a vehicle I saw online. Ended up not buying it and will never do business with ganley ever again. They were pulling out every salesman trick in the book. After an hour and a half of them playing games I left. And I was pretty much a guaranteed sale. The manager couple salesman and one of the servesmen tried a little too hard with their cheap gimmicks.
