I live in western Colorado and recently traveled to Ken Garff West Valley Chrysler Jeep Dodge to look at a used van that I saw online. The night before I was planning on making the trip, I called and talked with the salesman named Jesus. He confirmed that the van was still on the lot, so I made an arrangement to go, see and test drive the van the next afternoon. Jesus followed up immediately with some additional pictures and info on the van. After having some issues with the truck we decided to get rid of it and get a new Jeep Grand Cherokee L. John Scott helped us and was amazing to work with. After my purchase, I had a few questions, my sales person was always busy. He called me a few days later and needed the registration for another vehicle of mine “so the dealership would not loose rebate money they gave me”. He got the info he asked for. The up-sale guy messed up both my first and last name! But then he said “oh good you have money for me” I inquired about accessories 3 times. The sales person said… “I recommend XYZ service advisor, she will reach out” The sales person asked for a stellar review so that “he could get a bonus”. When I did call back about some questions, the salesman said he would look into it and get me an answer! Did not happen.
