Kendall Towing

This is the second time I have had them tow a vehicle for me. I can say both times they were great with communication and time frame, the tow truck drivers were respectful, and great to work with. They took great care of my vehicle and updated me on arrival and delivery of the vehicle. I highly recommend them. Best service, respectful, easy to work with and the communication and care of my vehicle was top notch Jeff did my tow this time around and he was amazing.

It’s me Kendall Towing Tanesha Miller I know it was frustrating dealing with me and my daughter I could only feel the energy from one of its employees, but I can also understand why, my daughter did not know her location and it took 3 hrs before we could give them the correct location. But baby THOMAS HONEY I WANT GOD TO BLESS HIM ABUNDANTLY EVERY YEAR FOR HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE. It’s unmatched and the caps is for the person that sent the text in caps to my phone I know they were being smart. But KENDALL TOWING is your go to they get the job done no matter the customer and with a little attitude 😂 I would use them every time.

Austin is a stud with a good head on his shoulders....helped me and the Moline Police Department after taking care of a call across the street from my broke down jeep...jump pack on the 2nd battery got me off the road...then Austin "The master of the flat bed"...hooked me up after communication with dispatch to cover my insurance tow to get me home....used them again to tow said jeep to the dealership and he nailed it like Jesus the carpenter!!!! USE THEM....THEY ARE THE BEST IN THIS MIDWEST!!!

We’ve had both our cars towed recently. First and foremost Kendall Towing had always been polite, easy to work with, great communicators, just great service in general. Secondly, most recently our car was towed for bad battery. When’s new issue was discovered the owner himself went to the cars location to troubleshoot- something he did NOT have to do but did to go above and beyond for his customers. All ended great. Car was fine after his expertise. Cannot recommend better. Phenomenal service

Jeff was so very kind when he towed my car to the shop. He arrived at my car before I did, but never complained that he had to wait. He had a smile in his face and welcomed me when I got there. He let me know when he had safely dropped the car off at the shop, and was extremely kind and caring through the entire process. Would definitely recommend!!!!!!!
