My experience here was disappointing from the start. The owner was rude every time I dealt with him, and the way he spoke to me came off as unprofessional. I brought my vehicle in for a simple body panel repair and was told it would be done in a week. Instead, my car sat there for an entire month with almost no updates unless I reached out first. After going through this, I started reading other people’s reviews, and it seems like many customers have dealt with the same unprofessional and rude behavior from the owner. It’s frustrating to see that this pattern isn’t new. What bothered me most wasn’t just the delay, but the attitude. Any time I asked for a status update, I felt talked down to. There was no accountability for the missed timeline, and no effort to make the situation right.

George was extremely easy to work with.. Absolutely professional work.. friendly and no issues what so ever.. He has painted my boat and my motorcycle.. highly recommend supporting this local owned business..

I am a hot rod guy on a budget. I have had George do 2 of my cars. A 1966 Chevy Impala and a 1955 Chevy Bel Air Sport Coupe. George did a GREAT job on fixing body issues before paint and the paint jobs came out GREAT! If you dont want to spend the BIG money but want your car looking GREAT! Then have George take a look at it! He does good solid work for a GREAT price

George is a really great no BS kinda guy, I prefer people being straight with me rather than feign fakeness. I will definitely use them again in the future...He even popped out a little dent on my door gratis, thanks to George & Kennewick Auto crew. Zach S 👍
