They did a great job repairing my vehicle, even going the extra mile to have it detailed and washed. I was very grateful for how they were willing to do the repair in two parts so I could have a working headlight before they were able to fit me in to do the rest of the repairs. I really appreciated that flexibility and customer service. They also provided a loaner car for me to use during the week because I wasn’t able to get a rental lined up with my insurance company beforehand.

I recently had some issues with another large car company about an estimate for my vehicle. I went to Ken's and they were 1/3 the cost. Customer service was top notch, they provided a quick turn around, outfitted me with a larger loaner to accommodate my special needs friend, and did all of it with a smile. Highly recommend them. Thank you guys!!!!!!

Some of the best customer service I've dealt with. Andrew and Mark worked with us on what we wanted to do and the outcome was better than we expected. I added before (with chrome and all) to the after (all blacked out). The pictures don't do the work justice.
