Ken's Tire With 24 hour road side service

Highly recommend this company!! The absolute best in customer service - from the super helpful and kind person that answered my call on a Sunday when I was stranded on the side of I-95 with a blown tire and a sick dog in the passenger seat- to “Peanut”- the professional who went out of his way to drive 30 mins to my location- pick up my tire and take it back to his shop- then bring me a new one so I could back on the road. Outstanding service I can’t thank them enough.

I called and spoke with the nicest gentleman who told me they could be there in about 15 minutes — and they were. He not only got to her quickly but also made sure she was safe, brought her to their shop, and took care of everything. Within no time, she had a brand-new tire and was safely back on the road. The service was fast, professional, affordable, and most importantly, kind. As a mom, I’m beyond grateful for the care they showed my daughter. Highly recommend Ken’s Tire Service to anyone in the area — they truly go above and beyond! This mom truly appreciate you because I was over three hours away freaking out and they were the calm in the storm!

You know when you happen upon an unexpected treasure of a place on your travels? This place was it for us. We were towing a 5th wheel back from Disney when we had a blowout that tour up the side of our camper. Changed to the spare then a little bit later a second blowout. I couldn't get any help from our road side assistance programs so started calling around locally to where we were stranded. Ken's tire sent an incredible technician at 1am on Sunday who picked up the tire, took it back to the shop to put a new on, then returned and installed it on the trailer so we could get off the highway and to a safe place. We were able to stay in a safe place that night, then went to Kens tire shop the next morning and bought 4 new higher rated tires from them without asking for quotes. I have to be

Yesterday, this outstanding group got me out of a bind. I caught a nail somewhere on I95 & drove 20min off my course to get to Ken's. I got there at 17:15 & they close at 18:00. The place was jamming w/ business. 1 of the techs immediately helped me, plugged my tire & had me rolling in 20min. I can understand why everybody says such good things about Ken's!!

These guys are great! Got my camper safely off I-95. Immediately started the diagnosis and completed the repair as soon as parts were available. I can't say enough good things about them.
