Kent Mercedes Repair

I was sadly really disappointed with my experience. Customer service was great, but unfortunately they did 2 repairs on my car (totaling almost 3k), couldn’t get my car running and sent me another 4K estimate with no reassurance this would get my car running. I declined & towed it to Mercedes Benz of Fife, only to find out Kent Mercedes Repair had never even programmed the 1st item they replaced. Mercedes of Fife suggested replacing an entirely different part at a fraction of the price. My car is now running. Very disappointing and lots of money wasted at Kent Mercedes Repair. Save yourself the headache and just take it to Mercedes Benz. Don't make my mistake of trying to save a few bucks, only to have to pay 3x what I was supposed to

Not sure why it’s listed Kent Mercedes is that to bring that kind of customer because the shop is named something else. So In no way is it indorse by Mercedes. Don’t bring your car there especially if you have a Mercedes’ bunch of kids working there how much could they possibly know my experience was my car was in better shape before it got there then when it left

They let me in quickly when i got a check engine light. They called me back by lunch and told me i needed a thermostat, and i had it back same day. These guys are great! Thanks again

Terrible customer service, messed up my car numerous times super disrespectful, I do not recommend, an there not an actually Mercedes’ dealer ship!! False advertising

Excellent Benz repair at a reasonable price. My car works great now.
