THE BEST I HAVE SEEN .. #got in quickly at short notice (in and out 1 day-major repairs ) #advises you on any issues spotted with your truck while servicing, repair cost and urgency level .( ofcourse safety is a must fix) # VERY INFORMATIVE AND GREAT GUIDANCE # fair estimate and hard work . I really respect their efforts … Takeaways - none . I got no takeaways , they did their job pretty well .

I bought a brand new 2022t680 from this dealership on the same year no miles. Within 7 months it had shifting issues. It turned out to be a lemon and has the same on going issues that they couldn’t fix. Spoke to the Manager of this place at the time who was Ryan. Asked him what can we do about this and he threw his arms in the air🤷‍♂️. These people are crooked. Brought a brand new truck that can’t perform and I’m stuck with it.

I will leave the two stars for the next time when I get my parts... It's a normal part. Have to be available all the time. I don't know why they don't carry it I already got it from the gas station to save my money and my time. Thank you, Kenworth dealer.
