Quoting me prices for things I didn't need fixed, making plans with out discussing, took nearly 3 days to update paper work. Quoting outrageously inflated prices like 6k for a bumper, but thats expected since they quoted an associate $99k for a engine repair when they cost 20k to 40k. The need to get rid of all the incompetence including the owner if he can't get his act together.

This place deserves negative stars. Let’s be honest — the owner of this place is an absolute … . This isn’t just “not pet friendly” — it’s anti-human decency. I’ve traveled through all 48 states, walked into hundreds of dealerships, and I have never seen one so heartless that they ban dogs — knowing damn well that half the truckers in America travel with pets. This happened in Louisiana, where the heat is lethal. It was 108°F and humid as hell, and they expected me to leave my dog outside to suffer while I sat in their air-conditioned lobby like nothing was wrong?
