tention don't skip !!!! Absolutely shop anywhere but here i bought a Kona just over 3 years ago this car only has 23k on the dash bought brand new they said my warranty was only good for 3 years or 36,000 the employees wasn't helpful at all really just talking in circles to get me to go away they did mention they expanded the warranty only on the white painted models so obviously there's an issue with paint if u do shop here don't expect them to help ya they will make any excuse to make it your fault no way will they get another purchase from me 🤬🤬🤬🤬

This is a little ridiculous. Im not sure how I will ever know if something is ever leaking and needs to be taken care of when you leave this kind of mess after an oil change. How did you manage to get it all inside my wheel? You just cant trust anyone to do a good job anymore.

I wasn't going to bother but now I realize it might be best to document the negligence on Toyota service departments behalf in the event of partial or total engine failure in the near future; Scheduled an appointment to get the engine/pcv valve checked out, mentioned that my main concern was blowby/excessive engine block pressure and the reason I started investigating in the first place was because of a whirring noise the car was making hours after being off. Could not have been any more clearer and what did they do? Completely ignored my main concern and cross referenced the "sound" with another 2020 rav4. Great troubleshooting work there, really... diagnosis? "yup, looks good from my house"

I recently had my oil changed at Kerry Toyota. I was greeted immediately with a smile. They directed me to the waiting room. My cars oil was changed as quickly as possible. They were very busy. They came to the waiting room when my car was ready to complete the process. I was very happy with their service dept. I definitely will return.

Took my 2025 Camry in for first service which was just a tire rotation. Was greeted immediately by the service write. Took all necessary information. Waited in the nice waiting room with available coffee and treats. Was notified in 30 minutes that service was complete. And was on my way. Painless experience.
