Kerry’s Car Care in Chandler is the kind of place that makes you wish every business was run like this. Jeff and his team are super honest, crazy helpful, and they actually explain what’s going on without talking to you like you’re a lost tourist in your own engine bay. 😂 They got my car handled fast, the price felt fair, and I left feeling like my car just got a spa day and a pep talk. If you want a shop that’s trustworthy, professional, and still somehow has good vibes, this is it. Highly recommend.

Dropped off my car last week and I was very impressed with how friendly the staff were and the cleanliness of the establishment. Jesus helped me, he was very knowledgeable and explained everything very well. I appreciated the fact he didn't try to pressure me into more work than was needed. Finances are tough for me right now and he broke down the most important things that needed attention and what could wait. I will definitely go back for the remainder of my car issues and future repairs (hopefully none anytime soon). Prices were fair, but the honesty from the employees was priceless. I appreciate the fact that management does not to force their employees to rip people off.

I've used the chandler location since May or June 2025 for all my vehicles needs. The staff is very kind, informative, and pretty quick. There is no pressure or pushy sales. They have always been up front about my cars condition and I feel they genuinely care about the quality of their service and the products they use.

I was on my way to take my dog to the groomer and the tire pressure warning light came on. I dropped her off and immediately went to the Chevron station where I found a non-working tire check machine, but did discover a screw in my tire. So I drove to the CircleK, which was next door to Kerry"s Car Care. As I was about to put money in the machine, service advisor Lisa, on her way to get lunch, stopped me and said Kerry's Car Care could do that for free. I thanked her and said I had not even realized they were next door and I already knew I had a screw in my tire. She immediately offered to take me back to the store where they would check the tire and give me a quote for fixing it. Lisa showed initiative in her job and kindness in her manner towards me. I am so grateful that she interrupted

I went to this shop with high expectations, but unfortunately, I cannot even call them average quality. I requested a simple oil change, and immediately afterward I noticed red flags. At handover, the front desk assured me all fluid levels were checked and topped off. In reality, the windshield washer fluid was empty. The oil service light was not reset, and when I asked, the mechanic admitted he didn’t know how to reset it—leaving me to figure it out on YouTube. It was also clear he had little to no experience with Volvos. From the way the car was handled, I have serious doubts that the oil filter was replaced, and I’m not even confident the oil itself was changed.
