Super guys! Called at least 8 shops in the county and nobody would take us for an overheating emergency. Even though they were booked up, Lau’s took us in, checked it out, and fixed in a matter of an hour! Would give 10 stars if I could!

Imagine you're calling to replace a part of your car, and they tell you they can't do it. It's not even an unknown issue, it's just a replacement. I've been here before and have never left happy. When they can't find the issue, they bring up the supposed chronic problem with this model, even though it doesn't exist. I've gone four times and only had one instance where I was able to work with them, and even then, another issue popped up a week later. I do not recommend it.

Wow! I would highly recommend this small shop to anyone in the Door County area. I ran into car trouble and was freaking out bad about the derail of our week-long vacation. Lau's fit me in ASAP after Young's was simply too busy to help. I received tons of attention and help and they refused payment for diagnosing my problem. They didn't have time to do the repair, but helped me get in touch with another shop that could, and even verified that there were parts in town to help me. I couldn't believe how helpful this shop was and how eager to put me back on the road, even if it meant the significant repair bill going into someone else's pocket. This is a good, honest business that I recommend to all.

Dan is great Old school service I called about brake noise up front, l told him my other car was in the garage in the middle of a radiator replacement, buts is cold in there. Lucky he found time. Turns out to be a wheel bearing on our Nissan Titan. It basically came apart when he lifted the truck, Thank you for finding the time to fix it, l would have driven it until l had a chance to fix it. Good chance we would have been in the ditch or worse. Next day it was done. Thanks again Dan

I went to Lau’s for all my truck’s maintenance and repairs and in that time had them complete all recommended repairs and paid my bills promptly. However, recently they had my truck sit at their shop all week, without even the courtesy to call me to inform me they declined to perform the repair. Abominable customer service.
