KEY COLLISION OF CONCORD

I took my car here after an accident (not my fault). The process with the other driver’s insurance, rental, pick-up, and drop-off was seamless. The paintwork and overall customer service were excellent. I’m leaving three stars due to an issue I wasn’t made aware of until after my car was returned. The accident damaged one wheel/tire (aftermarket) and my rear quarter panel/bumper. Before dropping off my car, I swapped the damaged wheel with a spare so there were five wheels total — four like-new and one damaged. Per the insurance agreement, I expected to get one new wheel/tire to replace the damaged one. When I picked up my car, the shop told me they had received the replacement but had swapped it onto my car, leaving the original undamaged wheel off. This seemed odd, but I didn’t think m

Every person I talked to during the repair process went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. Getting my vehicle repaired was efficient and Key communicated incredibly well. They got my truck done a bit early which was great! The techs had great attention to detail and did a fantastic job.

Took my bmw there in 2023 I believe it was but anyhow great staff, very clear communication, the process was simplistic, the report was detailed well written. From the very first phone call the process went pretty quickly they are clear on the process and how long I couldn't have seen such a better operation anywhere else and great facilities, my parents just brought a vehicle somewhere else they cant even get them to return the calls the frustrations 🤣 I had none , oh and the things I accidently left behind i admit I quickly thought and blamed someone of taking my things they leave everything right where it is for you just incase 😀

Key collision did a fantastic job with my truck. They communicated with me often and were very polite. I will recommend them to anyone needing work.

Had an accident going maybe 15 Mph...someone threw something at my car window in the boston tunnel which was gridlocked....cars back to back...this kid tries cutting me off driving like a jersey so I dont let him cut me off so ge throws something at ny right passenger side window...I get distracted fir 2 seconds thats all it took for me to rear end this poor lady going 15 mph. I call my insurance company they deal with key collisions we bring it there. A few days later we get a text saying the car was totaled. Totaled? The grill was a little smashed in and the hood popped up a little bit. Another day goes by and they say its not totaled.....what a relief.....earlier today key collusion tells us the car is apart and it will be ready in 18 days...that was earlier today...then we get a text
