KEY COLLISION OF ROCHESTER

Just days before thanksgiving a 17 y/o hit my car two houses down from his own home. it severely damaged my car and another car in front of mine. When insurance decided to send it to Key I looked the place up to see the reviews and after having their service I knew i had to leave a review myself. To start the woman out front, who I believe I was in email correspondence with, was a delight to talk to. She is very gentle and has a calm demeanor but she also understands how stressful car troubles are. She was a delight to work with. As for the car… it looks like new! I was able to interact with a few of the mechanics and they were all so wonderful. Very good at what they do! Car looks great. People are very pleasant, and will keep you informed. Our car was done exactly when they said it would be. This is our second time using them. If I need them again I definitely will return ! Pray to the lord we don’t! 😊

Key Collision of Rochester has the best staff working there. The ladies out front dealt with scheduling and updates were done in a timely fashion. Questions were answered fully. The mechanics repaired my car to the point that it looked brand new again. Their workmen ship is top notch and would not hesitate to do business with them again!!!
