Keyes Towing of Media

Today Keyes came to tow my non-starting car to my dealership. It was not an emergency. I had run my battery down trying to start it in the very cold early morning hours. Since I had an appointment at the dealership the next day anyway, I would get a replacement there. We decided that the driveway was too dangerously snow/ice covered for the tow truck, Bear suggested that he would go back to Keyes and get a small truck and jumper blocks to start the car. Back in 20 minutes, car started, and car at garage in half an hour with me at the wheel. The charges were very reasonable and hundreds saved by not towing. Towing is not all Keyes does. Just ask! Think about them when you have car/truck issues. Thanks, Bear.

I’ve used Keys Towing multiple times and they’ve been reliable every single time. They answer the phone, offer fair pricing that’s better than most in the area, and they get to you fast. At this point, I don’t plan on calling anyone else unless it’s an emergency and they’re unavailable.

Had to get my car towed to the local mechanic and the tow truck showed up 10 minutes after I called. The driver Brian was great and got my car hooked up quickly even in the left over snow from the previous snow storm. Highly recommend!!

I called Keyes for a tow today (Labor Day). Dispatch picked up immediately said they could come soon. Bryan English was there in 1/2 hour with a powerful rollback. He loaded and delivered my pickup to the mechanic quickly and efficiently. I will never call my former tow person again (they didn't pick up and charge nearly twice the fee!!)
