Started using Stevensons Automotive about a year ago. This is the first time I have ever left a review on social media for anything, so its well deserved. Steve is very knowledgeable and I have never felt pressured in anyway. He tells it like it is and makes recommendations. I have been blessed for most of my driving life to have a honest and top notch mechanic servicing my many cars, Steve is all that and a good guy as well. Do not hesitate to give him a call or just stop in and chat, you will know right away what i mean.

I had an unexpected emergency with my car and was honestly pretty stressed, but Stevenson’s Automotive completely took care of me. They got me in quickly on a day that worked for me, diagnosed the issue fast, and handled the repair professionally and efficiently. My car was done the same day! What really stood out was their honesty and integrity. They took the time to check for recalls as well as other issues and even let me know that part of the issue might be covered under warranty — something they absolutely didn’t have to do. That kind of transparency is rare and shows they truly care about their customers. My Audi A3 was vibrating when I went over 50 mph. My mechanic recently retired so I needed to find another reliable mechanic. Stevenson had excellent reviews so I called for an appointment. Steve found a nail in a tire and patched it. He did a full diagnostic scan of my car and found some issues. He explained the issues, provided pictures and the cost to fix. There was no pressure to get the work done right away. I found my new mechanic.

Steve couldn’t be more helpful and accommodating. If you have to wait he takes you to his little coffee shop and then picks you up when your car repairs are completed. He doesn’t try to sell you something you don’t need. As a senior, that is appreciated. Great service.
