When a tree fell on my Charger Scat Pack widebody, I needed a body shop that I could trust. Suburban Collision Center was recommended to me by a Friend, and I couldn't be more pleased. Ben and his team did an amazing job from start to finish. He was able to walk me through the damage, what the job would look like, and explained expectations and costs. He even sent me progress pictures along the way. The quality of his work, and ability to work with the metal to restore the cars original panels was superb. If you're a car guy, and need a small shop who cares about the details, look no further.

I can’t speak highly enough of my experience here! What an honest and reliable body shop. From the beginning Ben was kind and reasonable. He went out of his way to work within my budget & schedule and finished the job so quickly. I dropped my car off when they opened and got it back literally the next day!!! I shopped around a bit and the other shop said the job would have cost me so much more time and money. My car looks like nothing ever happened, the color match is perfect and he was even able to save my brush guard. It can be hard to find businesses that still run this way. Great people.

I stopped by for a walk-in quote and was helped by Ben (the owner, I believe). He took the time to look over the damage, explain the repair process, and later that same day emailed me two detailed quotes — one for an OEM bumper and one for an aftermarket option. I really appreciated his honesty in walking me through the pros and cons of each and taking the time to price both out. Our communication was mostly through email and his responses were always quick. Scheduling was simple, and he was very flexible with both timing and payment options. Since I prepaid, he was able to order the bumper, have it painted ahead of time, and everything was ready to go by my appointment. Ben and co. did a great job repairing the mangled rear end and exhaust of my VW station wagon. Despite having to wrestle with the other guys' insurance to get parts approved and get paid, during the holiday season no less, they were very quick. They threw in a carwash as well! Ben said he hopes he never sees me again, but if my car gets beat up again, I think he just might. 😉

In this Applebee’s Walmart world, it’s so great to find an owner-operator shop that cares about quality and wants to do a great job. Dealing with Ben on the auto body part and Mike on the mechanical part everything about this was professional. They told me what they were going to do when they were going to do it and got it done perfectly. I can’t be any happier with the results. I own a business doing restoration work on fine furniture so I’m well aware of what high-quality work looks like and they exceeded my expectations. Well done!
