For all the mechanic shops and car dealers out there! LKQ's accounting department is the biggest scammers I've ever seen. This store does not handle they accounting right when it comes to refunds for the parts you returned or for the parts they send by mistake. I'm writing this not just because I had one sour experience, but because I'm catching them multiple times when they are trying to convince me that I never paid for the part. You have to provide all the copies of the checks that you paid to get your refund back. Even after pin pointing them check numbers that actually cleared on their account, I'm still having a nightmare. They never send your refund check unless you call and friendly remind that they got your money. And it is always, your check was just about to get mailed. Unprofe

I have ordered A-Grade door for my Honda Odyssey. They sent me the B- Grade door with A-Grade door price. There are so many dents and scratches on that with a mild accident reported on that door, they said they don’t reduce the money for the scratches on the door. I have no time so I literally took that junk door. Sales rep will tell you A-grade while buying then he will send you B-Grade item, this is how they are selling B-Grade items. It’s a game play. I don’t know how many victims are there like me.

Repair service for wheel repair isn't what I expected, all they really did was fill in the curb rash and paint it, didn't really straighten the wheel. Girl in the front was a bia'tch. Waste of $170.

Very nice bunch of people. Excellent service. Easy location to find. Kept their promise to me about the part and its availability.

I personally really like Keystone. When I call they are always nice to me, the prices are super cheap and I get parts right away
