Excellent car buying experience. My salesman Zeph was very friendly, respectful and accommodating. I had approached the sales manager Randi Riggins back in December about a new Prelude in white and the first one in was what I wanted. They called me first and I was very pleased with the whole experience of buying from King Auto Center. Mahalo!

We all know how dealerships are when it comes to being a process but not this one. Thai dealership and Sherri was the easiest process at buy a Jeep i’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. It was even raining here in Lihue and Sherri offered to pick me up which brought me a new experience to test driving the Jeep I ended up buying on the ay back to the dealership was straight forward, signing papers and driving the it back all some 2 1/2 hours at most. Awesome job to the team over there, mahalo!

I really could not have asked for a better experience. I was able to identify the cargo van I wanted online and apply for financing via text with the business manager. I was approved quickly and able to pick up the vehicle early morning the very next day. I got a great price, did not need to haggle, and was given a better rate then agreed upon when arriving. Very smooth and pleasant transaction. The showroom was immaculate, the staff super friendly, and the sales woman was so easy to work with it was honestly like visiting family. I can’t say enough good things about my experience, and it totally changed my opinion on having to go to the dealership to buy a vehicle. A very well run establishment by people who are great at what they do. Impressed! 🤙🏼

I’d been checking out the local dealerships for a midsize vehicle when I walked into King auto center to look at the Honda Accords. I didn’t even plan to buy the car at the time, but things seemed much different here. TAYLOR, my sales person greeted me with a big smile and didn’t profile me as the others had. Instead, he was very friendly, attentive to my needs and super informative. He was genuinely listening to me. Crystal the business manager, was very friendly, professional, and patient. I felt so comfortable I bought the car right there! The mechanic was also very friendly after he put on my rust proofing, and gave me a great referral for window tinting. It was an amazing and very relaxing experience and I’ll go back there first next time!
