King Auto Glass

I made an appointment the other day for my windshield to get replaced and it went well. I call back today to pay prior to the services getting done and Donna was extremely rude on the phone. I asked if she was okay and she explained that she and her other colleagues had the flu so I was understanding but with me paying prior to the work getting done I was wanting to be sure that they would still be here and she said we’ve been here since 1960 the work will get done then hung up on me. I just thought that was uncalled for especially when you spend almost $400 here. The service tech did a great job he was quick and efficient nothing bad to say about him at all. Just a poor attitude, and customer service on Donnas part.

The nicest people you can meet, I dropped my truck off at 2pm and was picking it up at 3:30, super fast and much cheaper than any of the other places in town. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I purchased a used car, the following day the windshield started out. The amazing ladies at King Auto Glass told me to come right in (every other place I called was going to be a week or more) and not only did they help me right then and there, they saved me over $300. Jonathan fixed my problem, he explained to me all the steps of the way what was going on and even kept me updated on how much longer it would be, the ladies were so friendly and treated me like family. I will ALWAYS go to King Auto Glass for any more needs!!

The company was easy and convenient to schedule with. Prices and quality were exceptionally better than competitors. The company met in the location of my choosing for windshield repair. The service technician, Kane, was very efficient, thorough, polite, and informative. We were given clear instructions on aftercare post windshield installment. Will definitely use this company in the future for windshield repairs.
