Had a wonderful experience purchasing my SUV from them. Justen was amazing! He was so kind, patient, and helpful with anything we needed. The staff were very friendly as well. I love my new vehicle, and would recommend shopping with them to anyone!

Too friendly & too clumsy...Brought my '25 Ram in for 30k mile service, oil change & replace wipers. Service called to tell me the truck was ready, but they cracked my windshield replacing the wipers. They scheduled a replacement the next day, but then called me the next morning claiming the replacement windshield was also cracked?? I rescheduled for two weeks later & dropped the truck off. Service department called to tell me the windshield was replaced, but they broke a keepsake I had on my dashboard, which was from my daughter when she was in grade school. To top it all off, the cheap windshield wipers they installed totally suck and I need to go buy a real set of wipers... Not a good experience.

We went to test drive the heavily discounted new 24 Fiat all electric 500e and really liked it. The sales team was truly great and the deal went well with no surprises. We recommend this dealership for being honest and easy to work with.!!!

Total f’ing losers. Stranded in Mt Vernon from 7pm Thursday and showed up at dealership before it opened on Friday to get help with our Dodge Ram as the engine light had come on and all fluids ok. Computer problem. Service manager REFUSED to work on our vehicle and would offer NO other suggestions. It’s 40 degrees outside! It’s great to have a 1 year old Dodge vehicle and pull into an Chrysler Dodge service center and be turned away! Great service???????

Scheduled an appointment to have truck serviced and tires rotated. They got the truck on the rack immediately and was done in a reasonable time
