King muffler automotive service center

These guys are fantastic. I went to them several times with my Mini with a custom exhaust, and they never got tired of me coming in and asking questions and checking noises. They did everything I asked and more. They even fastened a fender arch back into place for me for free. Kind, courteous, affordable. Cannot recommend them enough.

Everybody was quite friendly but the actual service was horrendous. Took my car for an alignment which they did do but when i left the shop i had massive vibration in my rear end and my right side pipe was so low to the ground that i could psychically hear the underneath scraping no more than 15 minutes later. Went back to get the issue resolved still had the exact same issue, went to another shop to fix it wasn’t bothering going back a 3rd time to fix a mistake they had caused and could not fix. I don’t expect special treatment but the car i had brought in has less than 400 on the road, the car was treated like junk and the “best” mechanic road off with the parking break for a few seconds in a manual car. Wouldn’t recommend anyone go to this shop unless it’s your daily beater and you don’

Had a good experience with them all. They are all professional and do the best they can . Mr Scott, Mrs Jessica and Chris were all awesome and I felt at ease with them doing what they can for my Vehicle. Plan on coming back again. Thank you all keep up the good work.

We took a company van in for some work and I was fully expecting it to cost $200 to $250, I guess I should have asked first. But I was so pleasantly surprised to get the bill and it was less than $90.00. Super nice people and I think women owned - very pleased with the expereience.

The customer service received here was like no other! They not only got me in and out with a job well done but also treated me like family in the meantime. They have been the same every time I have been there. I’ve had nothing short of top quality work/service and no doubt the best deals as well.
