I’ll be honest: at first glance, the crew might look a little intimidating to some folks, lots of tattoos, very “shop” energy. They actually joked with me that some older clients worry they might be gruff or unapproachable. That couldn’t be further from the truth. Joe took the time to listen carefully to what I was experiencing with the car and never once brushed off my concerns. Very happy that I was referred to this location to service my BMWs and Mercedes vehicles. I recently visited Kingwood Foreign Auto Services to replace brake rotors, pads and an oil change for one of my BMW’s. The price was reasonable and the service was fantastic. All done in one day. Andy even alerted me about a few other issues that the vehicle had (recalls and warranty) that I should’ve have been notified by BMW but was not. This location has earned my business and glad to have such a terrific and knowledgeable mechanic locally. I highly recommend them.
