Let me start out by saying after the accident my neighbor referred me to Rob’s Collision due to his outstanding experience. Anthony and his team handled our situation with professional and personal care. Anthony responded within minutes of our crash by sending out the tow truck which had a 15 min response time. Additionally, the tow truck driver was very professional in his response and handling the appropriate transportation of our car. Also, Anthony assisted personally on how to go about the situation with our family and how to even approach replacing the child seats in the car through our insurance which was something we did not know about and our insurance company didn’t even share with us. Took my BMW X7 to Rob’s for a damaged passenger mirror. They did a great job and got my mirror replaced quickly. Highly recommend!

My vehicle was struck in the back, damaging the rear bumper and the liftgate. John at the shop was excellent throughout the entire process. His professionalism, communication, and years of work made my experience for repairs phenomenal. John was understanding of my overnight work schedule as he would leave voicemails and emails on updates. John guided me through the process with insurance. My vehicle came back in pristine condition with a wash and detail as well. I highly recommend this body shop for collision repairs. 9.9/10.

Rob's collision center is the best automotive repair center hands down. My vehicle was in a collision and they walked me through the entire insurance claim process when I was getting the go around with a third party insurance claim. John was exteremely helpful and super responsive to all of my questions (and I had a lot of them). They used OEM parts and the repair came with a warranty for as long as I own the vehicle. It also got detailed and it was cleaner than when I brought the car. The repair job was phenomenal! I couldn't recommend Rob's enough. Thank you to everybody over at Rob's!!

The guys in the office are really nice to talk to very helping, but their technicians I do not trust. My vehicle was returned to me completely filthy, and I had damage that was not there when I dropped it off. When I brought this to their attention, it was my word against there's, which truly sucks because I know people take advantage, but I clean my car weekly or at least every other week so I know what was there and what was not. Very disappointed when they come recommend.
