I cannot recommend Napoleon Auto Body of Frenchtown highly enough! Even though the damage to my car was quite minor, they handled the repair with absolute precision and delivered a truly spectacular job. The finish looks flawless—it's impossible to tell there was ever an issue. Beyond the top quality of the work, the entire process was efficient and affordable. They quoted me a fair rate. What truly impressed me, however, was the fast turnaround. I was expecting my car to be in the shop for at least two weeks, but Napoleon Auto Body had it fully repaired and ready for pickup in under a week! Andrew did a great shop and went above and beyond when repairing my car. When the work in the car was completed it was like it was brand new off the lot. Extra service of cleaning the inside of the car. Was extremely happy and impressed with how new the car looked.

I was in a car accident almost a month ago(hit a deer) and was looking for a auto body shop. I'm new to the area and saw amazing reviews for this shop. I called and Andrew was pleasant and professional from the beginning. I was able to bring my car in the day after my accident compared to other shops that were booked so far out ( at least a month,some longer). He kept me updated and the parts came in sooner than expected which I know parts can be unpredictable. This whole process was smooth and not stressful. I finally have my car back after about three weeks, which isn't long for the damage that was done and it looks and runs great! Napoleon Auto Body did a wonderful job on my minivan. A tree fell on it during a winter storm. Andrew, the owner, was great to work with. Very communicative and fast. He kept me updated when parts were ordered, shipped and when they were expected to arrive so the work could be completed. We live far away and he was very flexible with dropping off and picking up. He did a thorough job with the repairs and returned the van to me SPOTLESS inside and out! Thanks so much.
