I would never recommend anyone to buy tires or rims from this location. I went in for just new tires and they kept insisting I buy rims as well. I said no a couple times but it didn’t stop them from continuing to ask me. I gave in and got the rims as well. Job finished late and the very next day I saw that the rear rim had damages all over. Too dark to see the night before. I went back the very next day and the same workers were there called their boss and I was told it would be taken care of. He gave me his number and asked me to send pictures. I kept getting the run around and given false hope for over a year. Empty promises. This is no way to do business. My TPMS light is still on the whole time as well. To know how much I spent for these rims and tires is disgusting. I paid for a damag

I have always had anxiety going into tire shops, or anything involving my vehicle for that matter. Tire Guys is a fantastic place. Waiting room is very clean and comfortable. Ahmed was absolutely amazing! His calm demeanor allowed me to trust him. He was very caring and definitely eased my anxiety. He provided amazing customer service. I live in Manchester and would much rather drive here to get service. I will tell anyone and everyone I know who needs tires, alignments, etc. to come here! Thank you again to Ahmed!

I brought a set of wide, very difficult tires to mount that I was turned away from multiple other shops with due to difficulty. Mohammed at The Tire Guys New Britain completed the job easily with no issues. No scratches or damage. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. This will 100% be my go-to tire shop from here on out. It’s a very clean shop as well. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Tire guys have always taken care of my wheel and tire needs in a timely manner. Very fair pricing and awesome customer service.

The chubby guy is very rude and obnoxious. He plugged my brand new tire instead of patching it properly. They don’t speak proper English but they threatened me to go back to my country because I said that I paid $15 for a plug that I could have done it home by myself. They are highway robbery, do not go to them. Also, they scratched my rim from the drill.
