Kinsman Service Station & Auto Sales

Bought a car from them online and had it shipped to my home. Kinsman Service Station &Auto Sales took multiple videos and pics of the car. They put the car on their lift to take pictures of the underside of the car! The car was as good , if not better than represented! Communication was excellent with them through the whole process of getting the car! Would definitely recommend Kinsman to anyone! They were very honest and courteous every time I communicated with them! I also wanted to mention that I almost exclusively talked to a guy named Tamer! He was very helpful with any questions I had about the car and also provided a few videos of the car. I would not have bought a car online had he not been so forthcoming with any information that I needed! I would recommend him to anyone looking

Ayham(sorry if the spelling is wrong) was amazing to work with throughout this entire process! I showed up to check out a car and he mentioned a check engine light came on. I did drive the car and everything seemed fine. He assured me that the issue would be taken care of before I came to take it home (I live about 70 miles/1 hours away). The issue turned out to be a loose sensor. Ayham was patient, honest, and very helpful through everything. I found the exact spec car that I wanted and at a good price! My only issue was I was informed about the DMV not issuing plates for the car the day before I came with a friend to get the car. This was because I reached out to verify everything was good. Kinsman auto is where you want to take your car every make and model they truly are accommodating! To say the least I’ve been coming to Kinsman for an extended amount of time. They have fixed every problem I’ve had I mean I am just a girl haha . From inspection stickers/registration , everything under the hood and now car sales if you need anything car related just ask they have the answers not a sponsored review just a very happy returning customer I don’t trust anyone with my car besides kinsman !

Ayham is wonderful and provided the best service I’ve ever received in my life. Very professional and knowledgeable about his job. My car actually stops now when I hit the brakes. No one I’d rather go to. Give this man a raise and a beer

What a great experience we had with Ayham!!! We bought a used car for a very fair price. There were a few things we requested they fix with the car, and they delivered on all of them. When it came time to pick up the car, they met us 1/2 way at 10 pm at night, and filled the car with gas just before meeting us. We had the car inspected by our usual mechanic and he said it ran very well - no issues. The entire team at Kinsman was professional, very easy to work with and honest. We highly recommend. Thank you Ayham - we love our "new" car!!!
