Service was fast but I did notice I was charged for a new oil filter. The filter on the car is the original one I put on during the last oil change. Makes me wonder what else I was charged for that they didn’t replace or I didn’t need. The owner called me today and is having the issue fixed. He was very easy to work with and I would definitely recommend this company based on how the owner handled this situation.

First encounter since we moved to Prescott and our initial engagement when we walked into the shop early morning was every single one of the technicians was welcoming and quite friendly. Jacob took our keys and got the alignment done later that afternoon. Provided us with a spec sheet showing the before, and after the alignment and explained in detail how everything went. Very professional, extremely clean excellent facility and I would have no reservations about ever bringing my car there for any kind of repairs. Excellent neighborhood repair shop. Highly highly recommend.

I had my battery replaced in a 2022 F150. Everything went as planned. I was given a ride home and picked up when the repair was completed. That was a great help. I was told that the battery had a 30 month warranty. I checked with the manufacturer. The battery has an industry standard 36 month warranty. The price fell at the high end of the estimate. No surprises.

The staff were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They were upfront about everything, even contacted me about a few other issues I needed addressed. Their prices were awesome. Definitely going back now that my vehicle warranty is over.

Fast friendly check in and right on time for appointment. Completed requested service and even checked my battery which I had concerns about, however, tested ok so no replacement needed. Nice to have a local shop you can count on.
