We just purchased our second vehicle from Klutch Motors, and once again, we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Jake was absolutely great to work with very straightforward, honest, and knowledgeable. He really took the time to understand our needs and helped us pick the perfect car for my daughter, a Toyota Camry. The process was smooth, stress-free, and truly professional. Highly recommend Klutch Motors and especially Jake if you’re looking for a trustworthy dealer!
I had originally wrote a positive review. Staff was nice and helpful with the buying process. However, less than a week after I had purchased the vehicle, it started misfiring and check engine light went on. Next thing you know I took it to the mechanic and the intake manifold needed to be replaced, the front brakes needed to be done, the vehicle needed carbon cleaning, and one of the rear springs were shot. Car should have been 1700 dollars cheaper than what it was after all these repairs. Do not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealer.
I recently purchased a Subaru BRZ from Klutch Motors, and the experience was outstanding. The entire buying process was quick, seamless, and stress-free. Jacob was upfront, honest, and took the time to answer all of my questions about the vehicle thoroughly. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and the level of service I received. Highly recommend Klutch Motors to anyone looking for a trustworthy dealership.
Great experience with Klutch motors. They were friendly and have a nice selection of cars at reasonable prices. It was great doing business with them! Edit: After 3 days, the car we purchased started to run erratically and the check engine light came on. Scanning the computer revealed a problem with the air intake. We thought we were buying a quality car but apparently not.
Didn’t end up buying the car but Jake and co. were GREAT! Great communication, honest and went above and beyond getting me details on the car. Car simply a bit out of my price range :). Thanks guys, will try again soon
