I am new to McDonough and I was looking for a auto shop that specialized in BMW. I have 2017 X3 and avoiding a dealership is the best choice for me. I made an appointment on a Friday and was seen the same day! My battery was replaced and I out the door within two hours! I have taken my Mercedes to KMS Euro a few times over the past couple of years, and each experience exceeds my expectations. Andre is always friendly and professional on the phone and in person, Kenny always makes sure I’m comfortable and my needs are being met, and the mechanics always be sure to greet me if they happen to wonder upfront. The energy in the office is always positive and upbeat. People who genuinely enjoy their work tend to perform better, and their good vibes radiate through their exceptional service. I also completely trust them with my vehicle. Mechanics have a horrible reputation of trying to upsell and add random problems, especially women, like “Yeah ma’am your flux capacitor needs to be replaced ASAP!”Their prices are almost so suspiciously low that I’m the one like,

Took car in for a battery drain issue. I was very clear with the message appearing on the dash and that the car would die after sitting for a day or so. Made them aware that the battery was replaced and alternator, and that something was still draining the battery and message appears. Paid $175 for diagnostic. They sent diagnostic report and stated that the first thing would be to change the battery to an OEM battery before they could do anything and try to find what the issue is. After some hesitation on my part decided to pay the $481 for battery and “programming”. Next day they call me that the car is ready. I ask if the message is still appearing on the dash. This was my very first time visiting KMS EURO, and I have to sayit’s a hidden gem! I’m new to Georgia and had been struggling to find a reliable place to take my BMW X5 that wasn’t over an hour away from home. I’m so glad I found this shop. The prices were fair and right on par with what I expected, the service was quick, and ALL of the employees I met were polite, respectful, pleasant and professional. My car is running and riding great,I couldn’t be happier. It’s such a relief to finally have a trustworthy auto repair nearby. I’ll definitely be returning for future maintenance and repairs!
