My husband had an 'undetermined' issue with his truck. The Team at Knight's did a great job diagnosing the problem and got it fixed in less than 24 hours. No resorting to 'it could be this (very expensive) issue' - just good, honest mechanics. We will be taking our other cars here in the future - they have earned customers for life. First time going there....had them do a pre-purchase inspection. Found the owners were knowledgeable, helpful and did great work. My estimate was done quickly and they took the time to show me items under the car they were concerned with--and why. Will be using them to do the repairs identified in their inspection report.

My car broke down in near the area, went there, no reservation, they accepted. Quick work, thorough diagnosis, explained everything about the problem. Excellent customer service, great n fast service. In and out about 2 hours ish for starter motor replacement. Vintage but never dies...... handwritten Thank You card by mail.... i'm touched..... Thank You Knights......

Can we talk about this business? Customer service, listen closely, attentive, thinking of things before I ask, seeming like they genuinely care, remembering my truck when I call, doing good work, quickly, explaining the choices they have and don’t have when it comes to lower cost, aftermarket vs oem. Their customer case software is very good, their integrated cloud software seems well thought out and has no kinks. And. The coup de grâce: a handwritten thank you card. You just don’t see many places that are this good. Don’t go anywhere else.

I’ve had very mixed experiences here. When my transmission lines were leaking badly and I had to tow in my car, Gabriel was my service advisor and Matt was the mechanic. Gabriel was amazing. He gave me advice that helped me save money on bigger repairs, and I felt like he truly cared about me as a customer. He treated me with respect and kept me laughing through the process, which I really appreciated. Matt, the mechanic who worked on my transmission lines, was also excellent…. quick, skilled, and clearly knows his stuff. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was very different. The problem was simply a $3 fuse, that took less than 20 minutes to find and replace but Bailey, the service advisor, quoted me over $90 in labor and told me I ‘had to pay for the mechanic’s time.’ $105 for a fuse.
