First 5k service for our Highlander. Arrived a few minutes late to our scheduled but still warmly welcomed by folks at the car port. Check in was no hassle as everything is in their system eventhough we purchased the car from another Toyota dealership. Didn't took long before all are done (including tire rotation) and our service rep explained everything done clearly with additional information on future services. Waiting room is fully equipped with choice of work station, lounge, and media center. Beverages and snacks are likewise available.

Purchased a new used car as I hydroplaned and totaled my old one. Town Toyota was absolutely incredible with their service especially Fred the salesman. I had exceptional service and the car I ended up with I am beyond happy. Thank you town Toyota.

I was very pleased with the professionalism, information provided, respect, and all questions answered by my Sales Consultant, Goksel Aksoy and all support staff. Goksel was very generous with the time he spent with us to address every detail, answer all questions, and provide test drives. It was a real pleasure to do business with him. Also, a shout out to Sergio in the Finance Dept., who was equally professional and patient in addressing every question.

GR Corolla owners, I would not recommend going here for your 20k mile service, they would not do the service in accordance with maintenance guidelines for me, and wanted to charge me for everything included in said service apart from an oil change and tire rotation. Their master tech Tony is stellar, and is great to work with. Unfortunately, the service advisors i dealt with were quite rude and unprofessional about the denial, and when presented with proof of the proper maintenance that was necessary, i was once again denied it for no apparent reason in a quite disrespectful manner. I opted to have my service done at Paul Miller Toyota instead, was given a painless and pleasant 20k service that was in complete compliance with maintenance guidelines.
