Spark Car Wash

I purchased 5 certificates for car washes over a year ago and was only able to use 2 of those certificates because the links to the other ones were not working anymore. I have been trying to get this fixed but spark employees were less than helpful. Needless to say I never got the 3 car washes that I paid for. Moreover, this past Christmas I got an ultimate monthly car wash subscription - the most expensive one. I used the subscription for about a dozen times and all of these times there was no tire shine applied one time, or window treatments for that matter. I tried to find out what the issue was but the management and staff of the car wash were not helpful at all. Spark Carwash is hands-down the best carwash in town! My truck came out sparkling like it just rolled off the lot—zero streaks, tires shining, and even the rims looked brand new. The free vacuums and mat cleaners are a game-changer. Huge shoutout to Trenton, who greeted me with a smile, explained the different wash options perfectly, and made sure everything was spot-on before I left. Super friendly, fast, and worth every penny. I have been with Spark since day one! Through my time with Spark I have slowly watched the quality of service go down and price go up. I used to love going to Spark multiple times a week and enjoyed my time there. Lately it has been more of a dread to go. Not only has the price gone up since I started my membership but the auto wash doesn’t fully clean certain areas of my car. It doesn’t even dry my car off all the way. Now I understand it’s winter but there are no signs telling people where to get towels to dry their cars off. That being said I know where they are and I grab the exact amount I need. A monthly member and it’s a fast, easy car wash. On arriving the staff won’t use hand sprayers on your car like others do to help the cleaning process and whilst the service is fast, it didn’t do the best of jobs. I’d love to see the dryers be improved as they don’t get the car dry as effectively as they should. The back of my car doesn’t get dry. The location is what’s ideal for me but hope they get some upgrades.

I went to Sparks Car Wash on September 8th around 3 PM and it turned into an absolute nightmare. After paying for a wash and being guided into the bay, their equipment damaged my vehicle, They ended up popping a tire, snapping both valve stems halfway off, and destroying a TPM sensor. When I confronted the worker, he stood there clueless and had no idea how to handle the situation. He eventually called the manager, who told me insurance would take a “Day or two” but they refused to even call a tow truck despite the fact that their car wash caused the damage. It’s now been over a week, and I still haven’t received a single call from management or their insurance company.
