Worst experience I’ve ever had with buying a set of wheels and tires. I had to pay a 100 dollars for them to order my tires and put a spot on their schedule for me a week in advance. Turns the only thing I got with my 100 dollars was just a spot on their schedule. After calling 3 separate times to insure everything was good to go I drove 2 1/2 hours from Tallahassee fl to their store in Douglas Georgia, only to find out that they never even ordered the the tires that was supposed to have been ordered a week ago. I was told I can just sit in the lobby until 3 and maybe they could get me a different type of tire than what I had ordered, and I would have to pay more money than what we had agreed upon.(my appointment was at 10am) Worst experience I have ever had with any business of any kind.
Great guys here working, awesome products and Brice is a good guy to deal with, very knowledgeable and ready to help you anyway he can.
Fast and on point. Had these guys install the lift wheels and tires on my truck. 100% satisfied, Thank you Knollwood
