. A car with a cracked windshield. The battery was dead on the way home barely made it. Had to wait for the plates for almost 2 months when they said it was dmv but dmv had no record of it when I went to dmv. When they finally replaced the windshield which I had to drive a hour. I asked for an owner’s manual again and was told by the receptionist oh we’ll send it to you. Well months have gone by and nothing! So to update on the owners manual since my review they sent me a email to download a manual off the internet. Which I could have done 630 pages. We wanted an actual manual. Since I have the car for like 4 months all the warning lights keep coming on . I had it look at and my shop telling me me I have to take to Honda for them Diagnose the problem.

I originally left a review for Bergen County Auto a year ago, but now that KNS Auto has taken over, I have to say they are absolutely incredible. My car recently had a serious engine issue, and the first auto body shop I went to tried charging me nearly $5,000. I knew something wasn’t right and decided to bring my car to KNS Auto instead. Even though my car barely made it there, I’m so glad it did. As soon as I showed their service manager the estimate, he confirmed I was being scammed. While the repair still cost around $2,000, Joe and his son were beyond amazing—so kind, helpful, and honest that I almost cried from relief. What should have been a 7-hour job only took them 2 hours, and I was able to pick up my car the very same day. I’m so grateful I trusted my gut and chose KNS Auto. T

Selling a car hasn't been as easy for me as with KNS Auto. The whole process was smooth, and it took just about 20 minutes, including car inspection and paperwork. Then I was provided a courtesy ride home. Derrick, the shop manager is a true professional and a nice person, same as the other staff members who I communicated with. Good job!
