Absolutely fantastic people to work with. They take care of all the interactions with insurance people, and keep you updated. I appreciated that they have loaners available on site, so it's a seamless repair process.

Great shop! Great customer service and wonderful quality work. Had my daughters Toyota Matrix repaired after an accident. The shop did a great job advocating with the insurance company and her vehicle looks like nothing every happened to it. Also recently had my Corolla Cross detailed inside and out after vacation with sand, dust, wet dogs and mud. It looks brand new again! Thank you so much for a job well done!!!

Took my Truck to Kool after I was hit in a parking lot. They did an amazing job with the paint and bodywork. The team at Kool kept me in the loop the entire time and were very helpful when it came to dealing with insurance.
