Kost Tire & Auto Service

I just wanted to share my experience with Kost Tire and Auto. These guys are the greatest! I own a pilot car company and they always seem to get me into the shop in a timely manner, people are VERY polite and knowledgeable! When it comes to tires, they DEFINTITELY get it right!! Thank you guys for the great work!! I’ll be back again!!

I took my 2013 Chrysler 200 Limited in today for an 11:00 inspection. It took them over an hour just to take it back. While they were checking something under the hood, the guy either caught my wiper hose with something or laid tools on the motor, then laid the hood down, breaking both fluid dispensers. When they told me they were broke, they refused to take accountability, saying that it came in that way when they were working perfectly fine just a few hours earlier. To top it all off, the older gentleman at the desk Randy was irate. They attempted to tell my fiancé they never opened the hood, But it was open when I went back. Took our team van to Kost Tire...was concerned about possible loose tire. They got us in at once without appt, removed both tires, checked tire pressure too. Then... they wouldnt take a paymeny from me. THK U! RECOMMEND TO ALL

I went in this morning with a flat tire. They fit me is as soon as they could. Fixed the flat and didn't even charge. They were so friendly and personable. I would go back in a heartbeat.

I was driving across the country and found myself stranded in the middle of PA. After trying multiple places, Kost Tire took such great care of me. They had me in and out same day, despite having a waiting room full of people. They cared about me more than as just a customer, but as a person. I was able to spend time with family I haven’t seen in years thanks to them. Pricing and service were also very reasonable. I highly recommend using their services should you be in the area.
