Went in to get safety check but first asked if they had a restroom. Woman was kind enough to direct me to public restrooms nearby. Asked if I needed to check in. Was told, basically, to just go and hurry back and that there was three people ahead of me. Arrived back at 11:30 am or so, then sat for 1-1/2 hours. Started noticing others who came well after me were getting serviced so I went to the counter to ask if I was in the queue. Different woman behind the counter than before. Said I wasn't in the queue. Understandable. We all make mistakes or deal with miscommunication. That's fine. But when I told her what happened and how long I had been waiting, I was told I'd basically be starting at the back of the line again. And THAT is not okay. Have to take another day off work now, costing me

Today they were fast and efficient. Showed me something to keep an eye on. Appreciate that.

I love them! It is often a long wait but SO worth it. I’ve had to bring my kids with me since my daughter was a newborn (she’s two now), they have never made me feel insecure for it, have actively gone out of their way to make my time easier, and are so kind. Their services are excellent and the customer service has always been above and beyond. Highly recommend.

Rae and Chris were outstanding. They not only provided friendly customer service it was super quick too. I would 1000% recommend. MAHALO
