Krown Rust Control

Couldn't be happier with the service I received today from Lucas and Krown Rust Control of North Grand Rapids. Lucas was very knowledgeable about the product and application techniques as well as my specific vehicle, and he was able to explain everything clearly so I knew what I was paying for. The service took just over an hour and they have a great waiting room with WiFi and coffee or cold drinks, all free of charge! I also asked Lucas about how to treat my paint for all of the small iron rust stains from brake dust sticking to the paint and he was very knowledgeable about this. This has been driving me crazy because those exterior rust marks/stains on the paint can turn into something much worse if left un-attended to. Relatively new franchise. The owner had really good knowledge and could answer specifics about my vehicle with ease. Made me comfortable for my first treatment with Krown on my RAM2500 diesel.

I went there today. The service was fantastic! No issues at all. Very friendly, informative and professional. I'll definitely be back in the spring to wash off the winter salt and once a year for the undercoating service. If you want your car to last in Michigan, take it to Krown once a year. SOOOOO much better than the tar crap that is being used!

Complete coverage. I watched them go over my vehicle very thoroughly and they didn’t miss anything. I was a tad hesitant to have them drill holes to access inside areas to spray, but it makes sense to have this done and they covered the holes nicely. Overall, I was highly impressed, thank you. Took about an hour and 20 minutes for a small SUV, so plan ahead.
