Bought a 75k$ vehicle from out of state on 11/18/25 and was given a temporary registration which expired 12/19/25. Was told that I’d get the permanent paperwork in the mail well before the temporary expired. As of 1/26 I received nothing, so I called to find out what was going on. Had to call several times to get any answers-first few times nobody bothered to respond. Was told that they put the wrong vehicle on my paperwork so the title company and DMV could not process it. Why wasn’t I notified? I he did u have to call several times to find this out? You’d think the company they hired to do this would have notified them. Was overnighted paperwork that I had to sign, get notarized and then overnight back. I had to take time off work and waste my time to do this. It’s now 2/3/26 ago I still

I went to Kunes in LG to get my first ever car as a college student. Jose was the salesman helping me and he was incredibly helpful and patient the entire time. He took into account that I'm a college student and he helped me find the best deal for someone like me. I would highly recommend this place to get a car!

My sales person was Vinny. He instantly made me feel like part of the family. He found the match of the vehicle I was looking for. Everything was taken care of right there. Everyone was professional and respectful. Vinny spent any amount of time explaining the electronics of it. Thank you Kunes

Would not recommend buying from this location, no one there seems to know dealership policies or procedures or are willingly ignorant. No one ever calls you back. Finance officers Geraldo, Jose Vinny or Ryan are all nice over the phone but have no work ethic or good customer service. Do not buy any vehicle that does not have their "ceramic coating" already on or leave without it being put on. If service is never applied and paid for you cannot get a refund on it and will get the run around on it for months. terrible experience and waste of time all around.

Great Customer Service! The process was very quick, if they say you will get approved, trust me you will get approved. My Salesman Vinny was the BOMB from start to finish. If he said that he was going to do something or get something done he kept his word! It was worth my 1hr drive
