STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. This was one of the most stressful and disappointing car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. I came to Kunes Auto Group through their Fresh Start program hoping for understanding and support as a single mom rebuilding after bankruptcy. Instead, I left feeling pressured, unheard, and completely taken advantage of because of my situation. I wasn’t given a proper test drive — only a quick loop around the lot. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, multiple serious issues appeared. I had to return to the dealership seven separate times for problems. Some of those issues included: A back hatch with a major stress fracture and loose glass inside. Tires I was told were “new,” but later discovered three were completely bald.
